Description of the Product:
The VCI foam emitter provides both excellent cushioning and corrosion protection of metals within a package or an enclosed space. The VCI 2000 foam emitter is manufactured using a unique blending process in which a concentrated level of volatile corrosion inhibitor (VCI) is inserted into the emitter, allowing for maximum volatizing while maintaining the physical characteristics of the foam and providing long-term protection against corrosion.

Applications:
The foam emitter provides corrosion protection and cushioning during transport of automotive, telecommunications and electronic parts. It can also be used together with traditional VCI packaging, such as poly-bags, and when additional non-abrasive protection is desired.
